Use flax seeds or fenugreek seeds soaked overnight for this purpose. Bentonite clay works great for cleansing your colon – depending on the type of Bentonite you choose stir in ½ to 1 teaspoons of clay in a glass of water and drink it every other day in between meals (wait 2 hours before and after meals).

Overall, if you substitute a few things from your diet and include their healthier alternatives, you can better balance your hormones and improve your health. Moderate exercising, yoga or acupuncture may make the healing process faster and make results last longer.
